In this role, you will be responsible for reaching out to potential clients through high-volume outbound calls, emails, and other communications, introducing our products and services, and setting up targeted weekly appointments. Your primary goal is to engage prospects, build strong relationships, generate interest, and maintain accurate records of interactions to support our sales team. Key Responsibilities: Establish Rapport with Prospects: Conduct outbound calls, texts, emails, and other forms of communication to connect with assigned prospects. Build strong relationships with prospects and create a positive impression of our products/services. Aim to achieve targeted weekly appointments by effectively engaging with prospects and assessing their suitability. Present Products/Services: Clearly introduce and present our products/services in a compelling manner to generate interest. Qualify leads by asking relevant questions to identify potential opportunities. Maintain Records: Keep detailed and accurate records of all interactions with prospects in the CRM. Track progress, manage follow-ups, and ensure data accuracy in the CRM. Follow-up: Follow up with prospects who have shown interest, ensuring ongoing engagement until they are ready for further sales conversations. Other Duties: Perform other duties as assigned to support the sales team's overall goals. Qualifications: Experience: Minimum of one (1) year of experience in inbound or outbound sales, business development, or account management. Track Record: Proven success in meeting targets and generating leads through outbound communication. Skills: Strong communication skills with a friendly, professional phone manner. Resilience and persistence when handling rejection. Ability to adapt communication styles to meet the needs of various prospects. Technical Proficiency: Experience using CRM tools, particularly HubSpot, and proficiency with the Microsoft Office Suite, especially Outlook. Nice-to-Haves: Previous experience in cold calling or telemarketing. Familiarity with sales and marketing automation tools. Experience working in a fast-paced, goal-oriented environment.
