We offer a collaborative, supportive, and fun environment that promotes personal and professional development.Start date: You are welcome to start with us as soon as possible, but you should be available from 01.11.2024 at the latest.Remuneration: We offer a competitive salary tailored to the cost of living in your location and commensurate with experience. Holidays and sick days are compensated. We foster business growth through knowledge exchange and networking. Your mission is to drive exponential growth by increasing the number of sponsoring companies and attracting more active community members, specifically Partners and MDs from consulting firms with at least 50 employees.Your 1-Year Mission:Drive growth by winning 1,000 additional active community members.Secure 25 sponsors by creating a pipeline of 250 leads (lead = has 1st call with us).First 90 Days:Win 40 sponsor leads (wants to have a 1st call with us).Secure 100 active community members.Key Responsibilities:Develop and execute high-impact demand generation strategies.Optimize landing pages, test messaging, and implement ABM approaches.Manage multichannel marketing campaigns, leveraging LinkedIn outreach.Collaborate closely with copywriters, graphic designers, CEO, and CTO.Generate participants and sponsors for our yearly conferences in Munich and London.Travel to our own events to learn about and optimize our community events.Your profileEssential Skills and Experience:Availability: You are available at the latest with 40h/week.Data-Driven: Strong analytical skills to interpret data and optimize campaigns
