The successful candidate will ensure compliance with UNECE regulations R155 (Cybersecurity Management System) and R156 (Software Update Management System).Why Join AVL?Global Leader: Be part of a renowned organization shaping the future of automotive technology.Innovative Projects: Work on cutting-edge projects that drive industry advancements.Professional Development: Access ongoing training and development opportunities to enhance your skills.Collaborative Culture: Join a diverse team of experts dedicated to achieving excellence.Competitive Benefits: Enjoy a comprehensive benefits package and competitive compensation.If you're ready to take your engineering career to the next level and contribute to groundbreaking developments in the automotive industry, apply now to join AVL Iberica as an Automotive Cybersecurity Project Manager Engineer.YOUR RESPONSIBILITIES:Regulatory Compliance: Ensure that all cybersecurity practices at the customer site comply with UNECE regulations R155 and R156.On-Site Support: Act as the primary cybersecurity liaison at the OEM facilities, providing on-site support and expertise (50% working time).Cybersecurity Strategy: Support the implementation of cybersecurity strategies tailored to the OEM's needs and regulatory requirements.Risk Management: Identify, assess, and mitigate cybersecurity risks associated with automotive systems and components.Incident Response: Lead the response to cybersecurity incidents, including investigation, mitigation, and reporting, while coordinating with the OEM's teams.Collaboration: Work closely with cross-functional teams, including engineering, IT, and legal, to ensure cybersecurity measures are integrated into all stages of product development.Cybersecurity Awareness: Develop and deliver cybersecurity measures to enhance awareness and skills among OEM staff.Audits and Assessments: Support regular cybersecurity audits and assessments to ensure ongoing compliance and identify areas for improvement.Documentation: Maintain detailed records of cybersecurity activities, including risk assessments, incident reports, and compliance documentation.Software Deployment: Maintain detailed records of software updates and support testing and validation of software updates at vehicle level before deployment.Monitoring: Maintain detailed records of possible cybersecurity threats.YOUR PROFILE:Education: Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Security, or a related field. A master's degree is preferred.Experience: Previous experience in the automotive industry.Knowledge: Basic knowledge in Vehicle internal communication networks and control units. Knowledge of ISO21434, UNECE regulations R155 and R156, as well as other relevant automotive cybersecurity and Functional Safety standards
