We are looking for a Cad Designer for our team in Navarra to work in one of the most important Tier 1 companies in the automotive sector, with knowledge on plastic parts development and Catia V5 user.
Responsibilities: Participate in internal customer meetings involving all areas related to bumper development and industrialization.
Prepare meeting agendas and minutes, and manage Lists of Open Points (LoPs) and task lists.
Maintain component and variant overviews, PDM sheets, and assembly overviews.
Manage and update the Bill of Materials (BOM) in collaboration with the customer department.
Prepare and create modification sheets (AKO) and presentations for internal customer meetings.
Prepare and submit approval documents, including inspection reports, for the Type Approval department.
For components subject to self-certification, ensure legally compliant documentation is prepared.
Develop recycling and recovery concepts and related documentation.
Maintain and update project 2D drawings, including homologation drawings.
Create detailed exploded drawings of all bumper components and their fasteners.
Maintain a history of project parts and support the assembly of bumper components for development activities.
Analyze and document mock-ups during bumper fine-tuning activities and assist in preparing scope change documentation.
Update 3D and 2D models related to fine-tuning activities.
Requirements: Master's degree in engineering (or other technical degree) with +2 years of experience in the automotive sector.
Experience in Design & Development within an industrial environment.
Strong knowledge of plastic injection molding part design and tooling.
High level of English.
Location: Pamplona. Availability to travel in national territory.
