Job Description

Responsable de revisar y analizar las ventas vs costos e inventarios y todos los costos asociados con la operación, incluyendo todas las áreas operativas y de ventas de alimentos y bebidas.

Qualifications

Liderar y realizar el proceso de toma física de inventarios a fin de mes.Analizar todos los costos y márgenes asociados con la operación, incluyendo todas las áreas operativas y de ventas de alimentos y bebidas.Realizar inventarios selectivos y recurrentes al área de almacén.Elaborar el cierre de costos e inventarios en el sistema operativo.Diseñar e implementar reportes gerenciales que faciliten la interpretación correcta de los costos.Capacidad analítica.
