As an Associate Principal AI Engineer specializing in MLOps and DevOps, you will be at the forefront of developing, deploying, and maintaining NLP models. Your work will extract actionable insights from vast amounts of unstructured text data, influencing outcomes and improving patients' lives**Accountabilities**You will be responsible for designing, implementing, and managing end-to-end NLP pipelines that incorporate state-of-the-art NLP models. This includes the full lifecycle of these models, from preprocessing and feature engineering to training, evaluation, and deployment.



You will work closely with cross-functional teams to understand client requirements and develop customized NLP solutions. Leveraging your expertise in MLOps and DevOps practices, you will design and implement CI/CD pipelines for model training and deployment, perform testing, and monitor model performance in production environments.**Essential Skills/Experience**- University degree in mathematics, computer science or another relevant numerical/computational discipline; alternatively, equivalent experience in relevant research- Experience in MLOps and DevOps using k8s and AWS stack- Excellent knowledge of Python- Excellent teamwork and communication skills- Hands-on experience with data preprocessing techniques, feature engineering, and model evaluation- Proven track record of successfully delivering NLP projects in an agency or consulting environment- Experience in using LLMs and Generative AI technologies**Desirable Skills/Experience***- Excellent problem-solving skills in the area of machine learning and neural network design- Experience in pruning and fine-tuning LLMsAt AstraZeneca,
