Support assigned channels, giving support to Retail Spain & Portugal + Away from home KAM.• Correspondence with commercial, pricing and logistics partners as well with HQ Madrid and HQ Belgium.• Maintenance of customer master data/hierarchies, prices and conditions (SAP).• Order processing and coordination (SAP) in coordination with the logistics department and key account management.• Provision of relevant sales/sales reports and special analyses. Support KAM and Sales Manager team with logistic and other admin related workload.• Support in the preparation of customer appointments and presentations, as well as maintenance, tracking and evaluation of promotional agreements. Excellent management of rebates, spending and accruals within clients.• Independent maintenance, billing and documentation of condition agreements as well as responsibility for customer-specific invoice control & keeping track of open orders.• Customer-specific complaint management. Establishing solid network with backoffice with our national and regional clients.• Teamwork with Customer Service team in order to ensure excellence with pricing, orders and rebates issues.• Support with other HR team topics: meal vouchers, holidays, fleet management, malls' entrance etc.• Ensuring communication and building bridges with all team areas, especially with sales and logistics.Profile• Degree or Grado Superior, Admin or commercial training. Experience at least 5 years within admin & commercial roles.• Knowledge of SAP and MS Office.• Solid English skills min B2 and C2 Spanish.
