You will be the primary point of contact for clients, guiding them through the entire mortgage process while working both remotely and from our Marbella office.Key Responsibilities:Client Management:Serve as the primary liaison for non-resident clients, providing expert advice on mortgage options.Conduct thorough assessments of clients' financial situations to recommend suitable mortgage products.Guide clients through the mortgage application process, ensuring all documentation is accurately completed and submitted in a timely manner.Stakeholder Relationships:Develop and maintain strong relationships with banks, real estate agents, notaries, and other key stakeholders.Coordinate with external parties to facilitate smooth transaction processes.Negotiate terms with lenders to secure the best possible deals for clients.Process Management:Oversee the end-to-end mortgage process, from initial inquiry to final approval and disbursement.Utilize our fintech solutions to streamline the mortgage process, enhancing efficiency and accuracy.Ensure compliance with local regulations and international financial laws.Address and resolve any issues or challenges that arise during the mortgage process.Qualifications:Proven experience as a Mortgage Advisor, preferably with experience in handling non-resident clients.In-depth knowledge of mortgage products, financial regulations, and the real estate market in Spain.Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with great level of English (other languages will be a plus)High level of attention to detail and strong organizational skills.Ability to work independently and manage multiple clients and stakeholders simultaneously.We Offer:Full-time and permanent employment.Competitive compensation with performance-based bonuses.Comprehensive health insurance.Company phone.26 days of annual leave.Reduced working hours on Fridays (8 am to 3 pm).The tools and technology you need to be successful.Ongoing training and support.Excellent work-life balance.Gym allowanceA positive and collaborative working environment.
