Job description:Ensure concession stores attain sales targetConduct periodic store visits and facilitate new store openingsEnsure merchandising and customer service standards are implementedFacilitate pull-outs of damaged and overstocked itemsProvide prompt action on area/store concernsEnsure timely submission of daily sales reports and inventory reportsEnsure that all service crew concerns are acted upon accordinglyQualifications:Graduate of any 4-year Business Related CourseAt least 3 years of working experience in the Food IndustryExperience in handling service crewGood time and personnel management skillsStrong leadership and interpersonal skillsWilling to do fieldwork around the LUCENA area (Dalahican RD.
