What you'll be getting up to:  The job is responsible for keeping all customer-facing systems running smoothly 24/7 by responding to alerts and, at times, actively monitoring the applications and systems.
Participate in incident triage and post-mortem reviews and document any findings.
Proactively identify any potential issues to production.
Track and document all issues and resolutions in detail through the ticketing system.
Follow and create standard operating procedures (SOPs) and other processes to support the applications.
Automate Test for Web/Mobile Application Helping troubleshoot issues with project team, BAs, Users & Developers Working with cross-functional teams to ensure quality throughout the software development lifecycle R equirements: Experience in full-time web development Have strong debugging and troubleshooting skills in applications error logs and audit trails.
Experience in Software Quality Control & Assurance on pre-release and post-release processes (Build-Test-Deploy approach; staged environments: Development, Integration, Staging, Production) Experience in executing and writing Manual and Automated Testing (web and mobile device applications; Test Script) **Applications in English please Diversity & Inclusion We embrace diversity and equality in a serious way.
