As a Social Media Engagement Specialist : You'll be the voice of General Mills on social media. You'll engage with consumers, answer questions, resolve issues, and build positive brand relationships.Real-time Social Media Monitoring: Actively monitor General Mills' social media channels to identify and respond to consumer inquiries and comments promptly.Consumer Engagement: Engage with consumers in a friendly, professional, and informative manner, addressing their concerns and providing timely solutions.Crisis Management: Identify and respond to potential brand crises on social media, working closely with the crisis communications team to mitigate negative impact.Content Creation: Develop engaging social media content, such as posts, comments, and direct messages, that aligns with brand guidelines and resonates with the target audience.Analytics & Reporting: Track key performance indicators (KPIs) to measure the effectiveness of social media campaigns and provide insights to inform future strategies.Collaboration: Work closely with cross-functional teams, including marketing, customer service, and legal, to ensure consistent messaging and effective crisis management.RequirementsWhat skills & experience you'll bring to us?
