This role will focus on optimizing customer retention, increasing customer lifetime value, and driving revenue growth through targeted CRM campaigns and initiatives. In this role you are responsible for the successful design and delivery of the Cobee's users retention strategy across a variety of channels.You will be measured on your ability to impact top-line KPIs; your main objectives are to increase activation, retention, prevent churn, drive cross sell and ultimately improve the overall user experience and lifetime value.Working directly in the Marketing B2C team, you will be in charge of deciding which is the most appropriate message for each type of customer, according to their lifecycle status and Business Plan goals.You'll develop a data-driven experiment approach to test and evaluate new successful campaigns in our challenging strategy.The role is hybrid, requiring three days per week in the office.
