Responsibilities:Constantly research, seek out and follow up on new business leadsTake ownership for the implementation and measurement of client acquisition plansDeliver individual and team revenue targets by client, location, and channelProvide accurate reporting on all key metricsBuild a strong, professional reputation across all relevant industries/forumsMaintain comprehensive and accurate records in SalesforceKeep up-to-date profiles for each potential accountRegularly review performance with the Vice President of Business DevelopmentActively pursue new unassigned direct client accounts and evaluate new business opportunitiesCommunicate regularly with the Account Management team to convert new leads into frequently trading customersAttend and represent the company at all relevant client & property networking opportunitiesCompile formal and informal RFPs, either independently, or as part of the Bid Team, depending on the opportunity sizeEnsure efficient use of time within Business Development teamResponsible for maintaining Business Development materials and trackersWork closely with the Marketing team in providing feedback on industry trends and developments so that we can continually develop and communicate SilverDoor's USPsDevelop a deep awareness of key competitor activity to ensure SilverDoor maintains a competitive edgeEnsure that we always have an ethical and consultative approach to business developmentFollow agreed procedures for transitioning clients to the Account Management teamExperience:At least 3 years of experience with a proven track record of success in new business developmentDemonstrated expertise in B2B business development, specifically in serviced apartments and/or business travelComprehensive and current knowledge of the serviced apartment industrySkills:Self-motivated with a strong drive to achieve resultsDemonstrated excellence in customer service standardsExceptional organisational skillsFluent in Spanish & English (additional languages are a plus)Confident in face-to-face client interactionsGood numeracy skills and commercial awarenessStrong negotiation and presentation skillsFlexible and adaptable to changing circumstancesStrong networking capabilitiesExemplifies SilverDoor's core values: We actually care, We have fire inside us, We're honest with each other, We enjoy the ride#J-18808-Ljbffr
