We are looking for a dynamic and experienced Senior Talent Acquisition professional to join our Talent team and lead the recruitment efforts for our enterprise accounts. The ideal candidate will have a proven track record in recruiting for high-volume, complex roles and will be adept at building relationships with key stakeholders. This role requires a strategic thinker who can drive complex recruitment processes while ensuring an exceptional candidate experience.
KEY RESPONSIBILITIES
- Lead, mentor, and develop a team of AI Data crowd talent specialists/managers.
- Set performance goals and provide regular feedback and coaching to team members.
- Foster a collaborative and high-performance team culture.
- Develop and implement comprehensive recruitment strategies to attract top talent for enterprise-level positions.
- Collaborate with senior management and hiring managers to understand staffing needs and align recruitment efforts with Welocalize objectives.
- Forecast hiring needs based on business growth and market trends.
- Manage the end-to-end recruitment process, including job postings, screening, interviewing, and extending offers.
- Conduct thorough candidate assessments to ensure a strong fit with the company culture and role requirements.
- Facilitate a seamless and positive candidate experience throughout the recruitment process.
- Partner with leaders, stakeholders, and HR business partners to define role requirements and expectations.
- Provide regular updates and reports on recruitment progress to key stakeholders.
- Advise and coach hiring managers on best practices in interviewing and selection.
- Stay informed about the Localization and AI industry trends, competitive landscape, and labor market conditions.
- Contribute to employer branding initiatives to enhance the Welocalize AI reputation as an employer of choice.
- Attend industry events, job fairs, and networking opportunities to promote the company and attract top talent.
- Ensure all recruitment activities comply with legal and company policies.
- Maintain accurate and up-to-date recruitment metrics and reports.
- Continuously evaluate and improve recruitment processes for efficiency and effectiveness.
SKILLS & EXPERIENCE
- Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or related field; Master's degree preferred or equivalent working experience.
- Minimum of 10 years of experience in talent acquisition, with at least 3 years focusing on enterprise accounts and leading teams.
- Experience recruiting for AI Data projects (data annotation, data labelling, data collection, rating, data relevance etc).
- Proven experience in full-cycle recruiting, sourcing, and employment branding.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment.
- Proficiency with Applicant Tracking Systems (ATS) and other recruitment tools.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
