We are looking to recruit a Regional Managing Director for their LATAM office.Position:Regional Managing Director LATAMEmployment type: Service AgreementDUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES:Develop and execute regional strategies aligned with corporate goals to enhance market presence in the forex industryMonitor industry trends and competitor activities to identify opportunities for growth and improvementDrive revenue growth by acquiring new clients and expanding relationships with existing onesExplore and establish partnership opportunities to drive regional growthOversee daily operations to ensure smooth, efficient, and compliant processes within the regionCollaborate with other business units to ensure alignment with global company goalsBuild and lead a high-performing regional team, fostering a culture of excellence, accountability, and ambitionMentor and develop staff to enhance their skills and advance their careers within the organization.REQUIREMENTS:Minimum of 2-3 years of experience in a senior leadership role within the forex industry, with a specific focus on the LATAM regionStrong understanding of forex markets, trading platforms, and regulatory environments in LATAMProven track record of driving business growth, achieving financial targets, and leading successful regional expansionsExcellent leadership, communication, and interpersonal skills, with the ability to inspire and motivate teamsHighly self-sufficient, with the capability to manage business development, including building partnerships and establishing new client relationshipsFluency in Spanish and Englishis required.
