We support a hybrid working schedule.
ResponsibilitiesProvide efficient assistance to Autodesk customers on a variety of issues and questions related to the usage of our software.Document problems and solutions in short and clear articles for our knowledgebase.Research, verify, and document product issues.Manage customer expectations by providing updates on progress.Minimum QualificationsExcellent written and verbal proficiency in English and German.Advanced user of Revit, Navisworks, and other Autodesk AEC products.Professional experience in the AEC (Architecture, Engineering, Construction) industry: 3+ years.Passion for helping people and enjoyment in solving problems.Customer service experience.Learn More
