The Delivery SEPE CAM Administrator is part of the European Delivery Team and reports directly to his or her Delivery Manager. The DA is responsible for supporting the delivery of all employability programs of the Sector Public, according to the set processes and business procedures. The DA works continuously to improve quality and high-level customer satisfaction. The successful candidate must be fluent in both English & Spanish. This role will be based in Madrid, Spain.
Main ObjectivesAdministration for public sector projects: SEPE, CAM or other employability projects.Managing reception and added responsibility as a Test Centre Administrator for the Test Centre.Ensuring that events are taken over, risks are identified and shortcomings are resolved.Ensure that on the start date all events start smoothly without disruption.Ensuring that during the event, disruptions are resolved quickly and appropriately.Ensuring that the objectives set by the Administration are met.Key Areas of ResponsibilityReception:Physical reception of the delegatesPhysical reception of trainersPhysical reception of external customersTelephone receptionOnboarding of test center customersTest Center AdmissionIncident ManagementFacilities ManagementConsumables Supply ManagementPreparation of documentation for the start, follow-up and end of the courses.Effectively ensure that an event has started smoothly by checking:Trainer is onsite/onlineParticipants are present (participants and/or virtual)Technical problemsAccess to course materials and labsAvailable learning resourcesTo ensure appropriate monitoring of delivery, including resolving issues (where possible) or escalating where needed, in-class feedback from attendees, reminder to instructors and delegates for intermediate and final surveys.Ensuring that at the end of all events:All delegates have completed a Student End of Course EvaluationTrainers have completed an Instructor End of Course EvaluationIncidents and complaints are followed up or passed onHave a fully completed attendance listDocuments are sent to the CAM coordinatorPoints for improvement are discussed in the appropriate weekly meetingsEnsuring that certification vouchers are delivered as required.Issue specific attendance certificates.Collecting and submitting all the documentation required by the administrations within their platforms.The DC continuously takes the initiative to maintain good cooperation and relationship with the various teams: Scheduling Team, Fulfilment Team, CS(M) Team, Trainers, Quality and System Support to bring the event to the highest quality level and to ensure this level.
