The job vacancy is in our company/business DescriptionWe are seeking a reliable Administrative Assistant to join our team in the car hire and real estate sectors. This position is ideal for someone who enjoys interacting with clients, and has a passion for customer service.

Key Responsibilities: Provide excellent customer service in-person, over the phone, and via emailAssist with office administration tasks, including scheduling and record-keepingSupport the car hire and real estate operationsCommunicate effectively with both English and Spanish-speaking clientsBasic data entry and computer tasksOccasional driving tasks related to the business Requirements: Fluent in English and Spanish (spoken and written)Valid driving licenceBasic computer skills (Microsoft Office, email, etc.)Good communication skills, both in person and over the phoneMust like animals (we have a cat in the office)Ability to work independently and manage multiple tasksFlexible availability (half-time and full-time positions available)
