We are seeking a highly organized Sales & Conveyancing Administrative Assistant with commercial skills and a proactive attitude to join our team.
This role combines administrative tasks related to property sales and purchase management with sales support duties, playing a key role in ensuring operational efficiency and customer satisfaction.
Main Responsibilities: Administrative Management: Prepare and review documentation related to property sales and purchases (PBC and FT studies, contracts, deeds, and other legal documents).
Coordinate with notaries, lawyers, banks, and other relevant institutions.
Keep customer and property records and databases up to date.
Monitor and manage compliance with deadlines and legal requirements.
Sales Support: Assist the sales team in preparing presentations, proposals, and sales materials.
Follow up on leads and customer inquiries, ensuring prompt and professional service.
Collaborate in organizing property visits and promotional events.
Provide accurate and up-to-date information about properties and services to customers.
Customer Service: Act as a point of contact between clients, suppliers, and the internal team.
Resolve administrative and commercial inquiries efficiently and professionally.
Internal Coordination: Collaborate with different departments to ensure an efficient workflow.
Support the implementation of sales and marketing strategies.
Requirements: Previous experience in an administrative role, preferably in the real estate sector.
Training in PBC and FT matters is a plus.
Knowledge of property sales and purchase processes and related legal procedures.
Commercial skills and customer orientation.
Proficiency in office tools.
High level of Spanish and English (other languages are a plus).
Ability to work in a team, with attention to detail and organisational skills.
