Role Overview:
As an Acquisition Growth Hacker you will be pivotal in revolutionizing the growth marketing strategies. We are looking for a change agent who thrives in a data-driven environment and is eager to lead transformative initiatives. Your primary focus will be on acquiring new customers through innovative, evidence-based strategies, leveraging our extensive data resources to drive meaningful growth.
Responsibilities: Develop and execute innovative acquisition strategies to attract and retain high-value customers.Collaborate closely with the Marketing Data Lead and other key stakeholders to align growth hacking initiatives with data-driven insights.Establish and optimize acquisition channels and campaigns, ensuring they are scalable and effective.Utilize advanced analytics and experimentation to drive decision-making and achieve aggressive growth targets.Identify and implement best practices in acquisition marketing to enhance overall efficiency and effectiveness.Regularly report on performance metrics and adjust strategies as needed to meet goals. Qualifications: Proven experience as a Growth Hacker or similar role, with a strong track record in acquisition marketing.Deep understanding of data-driven marketing strategies and tools.Proficiency in using analytics platforms and growth hacking tools.Reforge Growth course certifications or similar advanced growth training preferred.Ability to work collaboratively in a fast-paced, evolving environment.Willingness to travel quarterly to the Barcelona office.
