Acedemic Assistant/Receptionist/Standby Teacher For Central Madrid Academy

As a assistant receptionist and a Academic Assistant you are the face of New Central Park. It is important to have a good knowledge of both English and Spanish .You must be a sociable and friendly person because a high quality of service. Good relationship with our students is also very important.You will be working together with director, head of studies, teachers and students and your main responsibilities will include: - Providing support to the management. - Helping students and teachers to solve problems - Answering phone and email enquiries - Administrative tasks - Payments - Dealing with student complaints. - Prepare certificates for the students/parents - Helping to place students in the right groups, etc - Cover classes in case if somebody of the teachers is ill. Teaching is paid on the basis of 17 Euros/contact hour after taxes. Timetable will be as follows: from 4 pm to 7.30 pm from Monday to Thursday. The minimum net pay on contract will be 700 Euros/net for 15hours/week. The start day will be on the 2nd of December 2024 or 8th of January (to confirm) and the last day on the third week of June 2025.
