Job Description Create and analyze liability, asset, and capital accounts by compiling electronic data and required documentation.
Summarize and prepare financial status and transactions reports, including a profit and loss statement, and other necessary reports.
Comply with all federal, state, and local protocols including legal requirements, and interpret new and existing legislation.
Monitor and maintain a new audit system by implementing new policies and procedures in the finance department.
Play a vital part in the company's financial management which includes all account reconciliations and reporting to necessary parties.
Responsible for Microsoft Dynamics NAV functionality.
Attention to Financial Audits by delivering information requested by the relevant parties.
Position Requirements BS in Accounting or strong knowledge of accounting.
Involvement in business registration, tax compliance and creating, distributing, and reporting tax datasheets.
5+ years experience working with intercompany transactions and reconciliation in preparation for audit.
5+ years functional experience in implementing Microsoft Dynamics.
Additional Skills Solid organizational and communication skills.
Advanced written and spoken English.
An ability to handle pressure and ambiguity without compromising quality of work.
Experience building cross-functional relationships with key external and internal stakeholders as well as with business leaders.
