About the Role We are seeking an enthusiastic Accounting intern to join our team. This entry-level role is ideal for recent graduates or students in their last year of Accounting & Finance studies. As an intern, you will work in our accounting department, gaining hands-on experience and contributing to various accounting tasks. This is a great opportunity to grow your skills and knowledge in the field of accounting.
Handle transactional accounting for local and international entitiesAssist with accounting entries and periodic report preparationSupport month-end closing processesPerform general accounting tasks, including reconciliations and invoice handlingContribute to ad hoc accounting projects as neededCreate invoices, issue to clients, and follow up on paymentsRecord, categorize, and follow up supplier paymentHandle payments across different currencies for different markets, and cross bill internal departments as neededMonitor and process employee expenses and office expenses (couriers, etc)Requirements and skills Recent graduate or currently in the last year of Accounting & Finance studies (BSc or MSc)Fluent, professional English (additional language of French and Spanish is a plus).Proficient in Office Suite, especially ExcelBasic knowledge of accounting software (preferred)Attention to detail and organisation.Interest in the beauty industry.Absolute team-player & roll-up-your-sleeves attitude.Driven.
