Accounting Head

Responsibilities:
- Lead and manage the accounting team, providing guidance and support.
- Oversee and manage all financial and accounting activities.
- Analyze and ensure accuracy of Financial Statements such as Income Statement and Balance Sheet.
- Ensure compliance with financial regulations, prepare accurate financial reports, and contribute to strategic financial planning.
- Collaborate with other departments to support financial planning and decision-making.
- Identify cost-saving opportunities and implement financial efficiency strategies.Qualifications:
- Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, or related field.
- At least 3 years of relevant work experience.
- Knowledge of accounting software and tools (e.G., QuickBooks, SAP, Microsoft Excel).
- Excellent analytical, organizational, and problem-solving skills.
