Accounting Head (Cpa)

Responsibilities:
• Lead and manage the accounting team, providing guidance and support.
• Oversee and manage all financial and accounting activities.
• Analyze and ensure accuracy of Financial Statements such as Income Statement and Balance Sheet.
• Ensure compliance with financial regulations, prepare accurate financial reports, and contribute to strategic financial planning.
• Collaborate with other departments to support financial planning and decision-making.
• Identify cost-saving opportunities and implement financial efficiency strategies.

Qualifications:
• Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, or related field.
• CPA License required.
• At least 3 years of relevant work experience.
• Knowledge of accounting software and tools (e.g., QuickBooks, SAP, Microsoft Excel).
• Excellent analytical, organizational, and problem-solving skills.
• Strong leadership and communication abilities.
