Your key duties will include managing accounts payable and receivable, processing payroll, and preparing monthly and annual financial statements.
Key ResponsibilitiesConduct daily general accounting and bookkeeping tasks, with attention to Accounts Receivable (AR) and Accounts Payable (AP) ledgers.
Prepare and submit accurate accounting reports in a timely manner.
Ensure the reconciliation of financial data for tax return processing and ensure compliance.
Perform monthly close according to the Group's guidelines
Assist in the preparation of management accounting records and reports according to schedule.
Collaborate with external parties, including contractors and advisors, to manage payroll calculations, contract administration, invoice processing, and compliance documentation.
Handle payments including making crypto transactions
QualificationsBachelor's degree in Accounting & Finance or similar.
3-5 years of experience.
Knowledge of accounting principles and practices.
Excel / Google Sheets knowledge.
Analytical thinking skills and attention to detail.
Ability to work well in a remote setting.
Nice to haveExperience with Xero or Sage Intacct.
Previous experience working in a remote setting.
