Pharmalex is one of the leading service companies for the Pharmaceutical Industry globally and is specialized in all aspects of drugs and medical devices approval, of the market development and any action of effective product maintenance.This is an Accountant position that requires the incumbent to perform a variety of accounting activities related to consolidation and reporting working with different Plx entities.Consolidation Accountant* This is a full remotejob for someone who is already based in Portugal, Spain, or Poland *Your JobSupport PharmaLex business consolidation closure including running interfaces between local ERP and Lucanet, support local entities to load in Lucanet where Microsoft D365 has not been rolled out yet, update views and FX in Lucanet and CoA under supervision and in collaboration with the controlling teamCollaborate with all affiliates in relation to the month end closure process under supervision and in collaboration with the controlling teamCollaborate with the resolution of issue related to ICO difference together with PharmaLex entities and other colleagues in the SSCAssembles documents for computer input, verifying accuracy of itemized charges, account numbers, and total costs.Monitor month process including monthly reporting KPI ( timeliness and quality of the reporting)Maintains records through filing, retrieval, retention, storage, compilation, coding, updating & purging.Responds to inquires, checks accounting transactions to locate and resolve discrepancies.Weekly and monthly reports.Prepare monthly management reports and schedules.Any other duties assignedYour ProfileDegree in Finance and accountingIdeally, you have already gained your first relevant professional experience in comparable activities (min 1-3 years) and within a large organisationStrong knowledge of MS Office application and possible Microsoft Dynamics previous experienceAttention to detail, able to work independently in a dynamic environmentAbility to interact with a large number of stakeholders.Lucanet knowledge is a strong plusFluent English is required.
