Job Description We are looking for an Accountant to be part of our Finance team for Southern Europe , based in Barcelona . You will manage the company's payable accounting and administrative processes to comply with legal regulations and the company's internal procedures.
Responsibilities: Accounts Receivable.
Accounting reports & checks.
Customers Master Data maintenance and control.
Internal invoicing.
Audit support.
General accounting & checks.
Possibility of support on company monthly reporting.
Other support to the finance team.
Requirements and Skills: Strong attention to detail and good analytical skills.
Commitment and capacity to work with tight deadlines.
Assertiveness, excellent communication & team spirit.
MS Office advanced user (VLOOKUP function and pivot tables).
Knowledge of SAP will be considered a plus.
Language skills in English and Spanish (Portuguese is an additional value).
Qualifications: Degree in Accounting or related field. We will also consider candidates coming from other studies if strong accountancy subjects are included in their educational curriculum.
3 years of accounting experience.
Additional Information: Permanent contract, starting as soon as possible.
Home office 2 days per week.
