Position

Join our sales team as an Account Executive to help us discover new emerging markets around the world. As a key team member, you will report to the Sales Manager and collaborate with highly motivated individuals who are passionate about changing how organizations manage business travel.

We are looking for someone who, with energy and determination, will reach out to new clients, helping us expand our database. You should be ambitious, persistent, and focused. We seek someone with excellent communication skills capable of building relationships and negotiating. These skills will allow you to acquire new clients and maintain strong relationships with current ones.

What You Will Do:

- Acquire and manage all potential clients from emerging markets worldwide, focusing on our regions in Central and Eastern Europe.
- Present demos to potential clients and oversee the process to close the contract (full sales cycle).
- Strive to understand the needs of target clients and present the value TravelPerk offers that best meets those needs.
- Engage in high-level discussions with various stakeholders, from office managers to CFOs.
- Maintain accurate information about potential clients and interactions in Salesforce.
- Collaborate closely with the marketing team to develop new ways to increase awareness of TravelPerk and evolve and improve the lead qualification process.
- Become an expert in TravelPerk and our continuously evolving features.

What You Need to Succeed:

- Excellent communication and presentation skills; proficiency in English or close to that level in speech and writing. We are looking for someone fluent or close to fluent in Polish, Czech, or Slovak.
- Solid experience in a sales position and a proven ability to be a hunter with documented successes in developing your process through outbound sales initiatives.
- Documented successes in establishing successful relationships with senior management.
- A good understanding of B2B solution sales with a short sales cycle. You should be hungry and ambitious but also ethical and honest.
- The ability to work as an individual contributor but with the understanding that you are part of a team.
- A customer-focused mindset. You must have the right to work in Spain.
