Account Executive

Salary: $100k-$160k OTE – $50k-$75k Base – (based on location and experience)
What You'll Do

Drive the full sales cycle from prospecting strategy through deal close
Source and qualify new sales opportunities through networking and outbound cold calls/emails
Develop deep expertise in our customer's needs and challenges
Meet with prospective customers to demonstrate our product and explain our value proposition
Work with product, operations, and leadership teammates to improve our product strategy
Use your knowledge of customers critical pain points to continuously improve the sales process and contribute to the go-to-market strategy for a rapidly-growing company

What Makes You A Good Fit

2+ years outbound SaaS sales experience where you have consistently met or exceeded quota (bonus points if you've worked in Health IT or other startups)
Proficient using a CRM and modern sales tools (e.g. email automation, autodialers) to assist in establishing a high-touch, repeatable sales pipeline
Excellent written and verbal communication skills
The drive and creativity to consistently overcome obstacles and exceed expectations
Comfortable independently solving problems in a fast-paced environment
