It's fun to work in a company where people truly BELIEVE in what they're doing!Job Description Summary:The Sales team at Rocket is seeking a software sales professional who sells a platform of software solutions to Global 1000 clients. This individual understands executive selling to large companies, has outstanding communication skills, and brings current relationships. Proactively prospecting and meeting with customers weekly. The solutions that this person will be working on include Cobol solutions for our customers, focusing on mid and small businesses within the IT industry in Spain.Essential Duties and Responsibilities:Sell a portfolio of infrastructure and application software that optimizes and modernizes our customer's systems.Work closely with Field Marketing to develop prospects and events.Work with existing customers to upsell and cross-sell our portfolio of Cobol products, developing those accounts and partnerships to expand our presence with customers and partners.Ensure best-in-class customer sales satisfaction and reference-ability with our customers.Meet revenue targets and strategic objectives, including growing the sales pipeline and creating territory plans.Actively use Salesforce and maintain weekly, monthly, and quarterly sales forecasts.Work with management to negotiate pricing and contract terms.Serve as a trusted advisor to customer business and IT leaders, aggressively shaping opportunities early in the sales cycle. Advance opportunities into profitable revenue growth for the company.Demonstrate breadth and depth of knowledge in aligning the company's capabilities to business and IT priorities and positioning relative to competitors.Required Qualifications:3+ years of sales experience in solution software to Spanish IT customers, particularly small and medium-sized businesses.Proven knowledge of the Spanish IT Market.Ability to adapt to the situation, with impeccable honesty, integrity, and ethics.Work in a company with a sales culture that supports and rewards high achievers.Proactively tackle difficult problems often with a new perspective.Can articulate a vision, influence others, plan and organize resources, and deliver results.Strive to exceed expectations and able to work effectively with Sales Management support.Preferred Qualifications:Experience selling Modernization Application software solutions.Information Security:Information security is everyone's responsibility.
