Apply now!Responsibilities:Identify, onboard, and manage a network of authorized resellers and distributors.Develop and execute strategic sales plans to achieve sales targets and expand market share.Provide guidance and support to channel partners, assisting them in achieving sales goals.Build and maintain strong relationships with key decision-makers and stakeholders.Required Skills & Experience:Bachelor's degree in Business, Sales, Marketing, or related field or equivalent work experience.Proven track record in successful channel sales management, ideally within the two-way radio or communication technology industry.Exceptional negotiation, interpersonal, and communication skills.Ability to analyze market data and translate it into actionable insights.Self-driven with a result-oriented mindset, able to work independently.Proficient in using CRM software and Microsoft Office Suite.Fluent in German (C2 level or equivalent).Fluency in English language.Requirement to travel frequently within Europe.Salary:Up to 70,000 EURO + 400pcm car allowance + with up to 100% bonus
