This is a crucial role where you will be responsible for managing our data centers across four key locations: Barcelona, Brazil, Montreal, and Singapore. Key Responsibilities: Lead and manage a global team of 25 professionals, ensuring effective people management and team development.Leverage your technical background in System Engineering or Networking to provide strategic guidance to architects and engineers.Ensure our infrastructure operates effectively in mission-critical environments, such as Banking, Telco, IT, or Transport sectors.Maintain a strong understanding of security principles and ensure compliance with global standards.Manage and implement cloud infrastructure solutions, with a focus on public cloud platforms such as Azure or AWS.Collaborate with senior management on a global scale to align infrastructure strategy with business objectives.Must-Have Qualifications: Minimum of 5 years' experience in a management role, with a focus on data centers and cloud infrastructure.Proven experience managing data centers in multiple locations, ideally in mission-critical environments.Strong understanding of public cloud platforms (Azure or AWS) and their implementation.Expertise in networking and infrastructure, with a deep technical background.Experience in global management or high-level senior management roles.Comprehensive understanding of security principles and best practices.Location: This role is based in Barcelona, Spain, the position offers a hybrid work model with three days in the office.
Salary: Up to €85,000 Basic Per Annum + €13,000 Car Allowance + 15% Bonus (Total package: €105,000 – €110,000)
