We are looking for a Lead Developer with both strong technical expertise and management experience. You should have a solid background in backend development, along with experience in leading teams, delegating tasks, and driving technical design and architecture decisions. Your ability to balance technical problem-solving with team leadership will be key to driving project success.Technical Skills5+ years in backend development following best practices (OOP, design patterns, SOLID).Expertise in development with Java and Spring, including JPA/Hibernate and Spring Security.Experienced with the design and implementation of distributed architectures for high-performance applications.Competent in the use and configuration of DevOps tools for CI/CD.Management SkillsExperience as a Lead Developer with strong skills in project oversight, team supervision, and sustainable software design.Skills in task planning, delegation, and mentoring junior developers through training and support.Proficient in multi-developer project management, specifically with Gitlab.Nice to HaveKnowledge of energy or transportation sectors.Working ConditionsPermanent contract, managerial status with a 4-month probationary period.Up to 2 days of remote work per week possible.Flexible working hours.Offices located in the city center of each city where we are located.Recruitment ProcessAn initial technical interview via video conference with two recruiters (45 minutes x 2).A second interview via video conference with two other recruiters, as well as a brief 15-minute discussion with the CEO of Artelys (45 minutes x 2 + 15 minutes).If your interviews are successful, we will invite you to visit our premises to make you an offer in person and introduce you to the work environment.#J-18808-Ljbffr
