Responsibilities: Provide strategic leadership and operational oversight for our dynamic consulting line. Implement comprehensive plans that drive growth, profitability, and customer satisfaction. Coordinate with support areas and supervise the delivery of high-impact projects. Manage the effective conversion of the order portfolio into profitable revenue and customer satisfaction. Oversee the execution of consulting projects, ensuring adherence to timelines, budgets, and quality standards. Collaborate with the technical business development lead to identify and seize new opportunities. Manage client relationships and foster business development efforts. Promote the professional development and success of our talented consulting teams. Requirements: Bachelor's degree in science or engineering. Master's degree in a related field. Proven experience in a leadership role within consulting or professional services, preferably in the pharmaceutical or medical device industries. Strong knowledge of regulatory compliance and quality management principles. Experience in GXP/MD consulting. Demonstrated ability to lead and motivate teams, drive strategic initiatives, and achieve business objectives. Outstanding communication, negotiation, and presentation skills. Ability to build strong relationships with clients and internal stakeholders at all levels. Proven track record in successful project execution, client relationship management, and business development. Valid driver's license required.
