Position Title: 121 Associate (Temporary) Position Purpose: Support 121 Iberia Lead in translating Brands strategies and plans into 121 Combustible program at market level (121 Day / Night), working very closely with Marketing, Field Support / Field Force to ensure a successful implementation, controlling and optimizing the budget.
Coordinate the evolution of the 121 assigned campaigns, monitoring and presenting results, proposing needed improvements, and implementing corrective actions.
Ensure correct operational daily execution of the assigned 121 campaigns at Field at market level and competitiveness.
Responsibilities: Coordination: Marketing, Sales, GIP, Legal, agencies, etc.
Agency & supplier briefings: design & purchase of materials, gifts, uniforms, etc.
Develop and coordinate the 121 assigned campaigns.
Be directly in charge of all aspects (timings, questionnaires, objectives, brand ambassadors manuals/training, etc.).
Resolve the incidences of each assigned 121 campaign.
Analyze the results of the 121 assigned campaigns, including key learnings and recommendations.
Provide information of each campaign on an ongoing basis and assist in the specific requests of 121 information.
Prepare presentations for M&S meetings.
Benchmarking vs. Competition.
Assist in the development, maintenance, and upgrades of the 121 tools both analytical and planning to ensure they fulfill program and user needs.
Ensure the brand ambassadors and coordinators Tablets are functional and adequate for the specific 121 purposes.
Analyze on an ongoing basis the budget of the 121 assigned campaigns as well as the cost per activity minimizing potential deviations and recommending solutions.
121 field control and knowledge: attend to 121 activities visits, brand ambassadors training including a post-analysis and recommendations.
Management of trade compensations (121 Day & Night) for the 121 assigned campaigns.
Contribute overall to 121 program improvements giving sound recommendations.
Who are we looking for: University degree.
Minimum 3 years of experience in the FMCG sector in similar managerial positions.
Other commercial experience would be an added value.
Native Spanish (Portuguese as a plus) and Fluent English both written and spoken.
Advanced in MS Office (particularly Power Point and Excel).
Commercial skills (Marketing & Trade Marketing).
Communication and interpersonal skills, organizational and planning skills (priorities focus), good attention to detail, multitasking skills, proactive professional with initiative (problem-solving), analytical skills, flexibility.
