The ideal candidate should have proven experience in financial or payments products and a strong background in product management, specifically in delivering scalable, secure and innovative products for the payments or financial services industry.What will I be doing?Lead the development and execution of the product strategy for the Core Services - Finance / Treasury teamLaunch a new solution for cross border exchange / transfer operations, allowing for transactional traceability across 40+ countriesWork closely with the Finance Product Team initiatives, including the launch and rollout of an SAP integration and safeguarding initiativesDevelop and maintain strong relationships with key stakeholders including customers, internal teams, and external partnersCollaborate with global cross-functional teams, including engineering, design, and data science, to build and maintain innovative, scalable, and user-friendly financial systemsConduct market research and competitive analysis to identify trends, opportunities, and threats to inform product strategy and roadmapsContinuously identify areas of improvement and optimize the performance of financial systems through data-driven decision makingWhat skills do I need?A Bachelor's degree in Business, Finance, Computer Science, or a related field.At least 5 years of experience in product management, preferably in the payments, finance, treasury, or accounting domains.Strong understanding of finance, accounting, and treasury functionsAbility to analyze complex business processes and develop scalable automation solutionsAbility to analyze complex data sets and derive insights to make data-driven decisionsExcellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to effectively present complex information to various audiences.
